Public speaking

Listen, friend, improving your verbal communication isn't about fancy words or rehearsed speeches. It's an art, much like the precision and focus I bring to my work. First, you need to listen more than you speak. Understand the rhythm and flow of conversations around you.

Second, practice clarity and brevity. Get to the point without unnecessary fluff. A sharp, concise message is more impactful.

Third, observe body language. Non-verbal cues can speak volumes, helping you understand and respond appropriately to others.

Fourth, embrace feedback. Just like I refine my skills based on every mission, take feedback seriously. It's the only way to grow.

Lastly, practice, practice, practice. Engage in conversations, debates, and public speaking whenever you can. The more you do it, the better you'll become. Remember, it's not about being perfect; it's about connecting authentically with others.
